We are the oldest valuer firm in Kerala. We are also professional valuers to fix rent, age and damages of buildings, Vehicles, Plant & Machinery etc. We are the consultants of Financial Institutions, IDBI, ICICI, IFCI etc., We do valuation work for most of the Nationalized banks – State bank of India, State Bank of Travancore, Vijaya Bank, Punjab National Bank, Central Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, Corporation Bank, Union Bank of India, The Federal Bank Ltd., The Kerala State Co operative Bank Ltd., Canara Bank and Registered valuers of Income Tax department. We are the competent persons to authorized to issue Stability Certificates for Factory buildings under Rule 3 (4) of Factories Act, Govt: of Kerala. We are also authorized to issue completion certificate of Projects for getting subsidies. Large public and private sector companies engage us for valuation work. We have a few civil , Electrical and Mechanical Engineers to carryout valuation and other works.
